ShopTag is a Unified cloud based Customer Loyalty Management System. It enables sellers of goods and services to recognize and reward loyal customers. All ShopTag data is securely stored on cloud servers and available to users from anywhere at any time.

Shoppers - Buyer of goods and services are awarded discounts on their shopping in terms of Tag Points. The awarded Tag Points can be redeemed at any ShopTag registered outlet for shopping or cash

Sellers - Seller of goods and services are able to: Register their customers, Track customer purchases, Reward their customers, Post updates to customers

All ShopTag data is securely stored on cloud servers making it available to users from anywhere at any time.

ShopTag was developed and is actively maintained by Elink Solutions. Data hosted on ShopTag is provided and actively maintained by respective users and remains the sole property of the respective users. Secondary data generated by ShopTag during operations is a property of Elink Solutions

BY USING SHOPTAG YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Information accuracy - Elink Solutions strives hard to ensure only accurate, authentic and reliable information is posted on ShopTag. However it is the duty of the posting party to ensure accuracy and integrity of this content. Further it is the duty of ShopTag users to cross-check veracity of any information they harvest from ShopTag and ascertain its suitability for intended use.

Data Security - Data hosted on ShopTag is secured from tamper using several cyber security layers and best practices. Where breach or attempt to breach this security is detected, remedial measures are deployed immediately. Using a registered account for un-authorized and / or malicious purposes will lead to suspension of the account and further legal action.

Information Usage - All non-confidential data posted on ShopTag is presumed to be meant for public consumption. This data is available for use by ShopTag users and the public for any lawful activities (within the laws of the Republic of Kenya). Access to confidential information is only allowed to the owners and authorized ShopTag administrators
